The property is located in Capo Vaticano, 8 km south of Tropea, in a highly tourist area with a high presence of tourists annually from all over Europe. In fact in this coast, called “Coast of the Gods” there are some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy. The international airport of Lamezia Terme which is only about 60 km away. The tourist season is very long: from Easter to early November and often there are also requests for winter and for Christmas and New Year.
